Featured Farm: Amy Parker at SummitWynds

Amy Parker is a farm owner, horse lover, and proud unicorn owner. She owns The Farm at SummitWynds in Jefferson, Massachusetts, where she grew up and currently lives. Altogether, she has owned horses for 50+ years. Amy owns 4 horses currently. Gunner, a 6-year-old Shire/Gypsy Vanner cross, Jazzy, a 6-year-old Gypsy Vanner, Prince, a 6-year-old grade pony, and Cupid, a 17-year-old Mini Horse. (And they all transform into unicorns from time to time!) We are so impressed with Amy's wealth of horse experience and knowledge.

The Farm at SummitWynds provides private boarding and other services and events to the public. They host weddings, allow guests to stay on the farm in a AirBnB which is a ski lodge turned barn, and allow photographers to reserve dates and times for photo sessions on the property. We especially love their unicorn photography sessions, which feature our unicorn horns. The photos are truly magical!

The farm also hosts three seasonal farm fests throughout the year, the Lavender Fest, the Sunflower Fest, and the Unicorn Fest. (Sign us up for the Unicorn Fest this July, please!) Complete with live music, children’s activities, professional photography, and a lavender labyrinth, the farm fests are a wonderful opportunity to experience the best the farm has to offer and make memories with friends and family that will last a lifetime.
